The consumer can complain with any of the Saudi Telecom like Lebara, Zain, STC, Mobily, Go, Integrated Telecom, Bayanat Al Qula, Virgin, etc. Once the consumer submits his complaint, the Telecom operators have 15 days to solve the problem.
Steps to Add Complaint with Your Telecom Operator:
Step 1# Visit CITC Portal
