Suppose you would like to build a more robust password in the way to easily remember even with symbols. This could be catch from the phrase you know or any sentence such "I like my parents and love them." 

Took the first and or last word from the phrase as example ilmpalt or opposite end characters medsyei and then play around to choose some character in capital. As example the password is ilmpatl = !1mpatL@*#*. For the last words to choose as example medsyei = 3Edsye!374

How to create a stronger password for Gmail Account

  1. Minimum of 8 characters long password is recommending by Google while Google already set rules of password creating. The password can't be set up if less than 8 characters long. 
  2. Use a unique password for each account and never use the same password somewhere for something else. 
  3. Stronger the password by using mix character, letters, and symbol. Such as using capital and small letters, symbols, and numbers in the password. 
  4. Try avoiding dictionary words, names and pet names or nickname. Don't ever try other names such as family members or girls friend name. 
  5. Don't note the current password anywhere and never document the password. Trying to memorize and keep in your mind only. 
  6. Schedule to change the password bi-weekly or monthly. And do not repeat the last use password. Google security layers already revoking and not accepting the last used password. Gmail user experience stated he/she was able to use the similar password only after changing it 100 times. Don't rely on this info as Google can improve and change the value for security reason. 

Why creating the stronger password? The causes of weak password

  1. Using similar password for many accounts or other social network sites is like harvesting your password to get easily compromise your password. If any of your accounts get compromised using similar password will also get compromising the other accounts. In the past people using common password also one of the reason get quickly compromising of Gmail account. The email account is risky as it could be having your banking details, statement and other privacy getting to disclose and hands on by wrong people. 
  2. People can easily sometimes guess your password. Using GF name, family member or the most common word that people can guess only will take your account away from you. Thus the combination of mix characters such as using symbols, numbers, and letters even impossible for an extended period of time to crack or decode. 
  3. Don't ever use a password related to your personal information. Someone might you all the related information about you and can quickly try best guess to take down your Gmail account. 
  4. Writing your password anywhere could cause damages to your account. Such as writing in your notebook or anywhere else where physically people can reach and steal your password for the Gmail account.
