Step #1:

Hit the Create New VM to start the preparations for installing Kali Linux on VMware Workstation Pro.
Create new Virtual Machine

Step #2:

Choose the 2nd option for advanced custom Configurations for the Operating System.
Click on Custom Advance

Step #3:

On the Hardware Compatibility Dropdown choose the Workstation 11.x then Click the Next Button.
Select 11.X then Next

Step #4: 

Select the Installer Disk Image file option, then Browse for the Kali Linux iso image. Then Select the Kali Linux iso Image and hit the Open button.

Choose Linux from the Available Operating System Options. Then Debian 7.x from the Dropdown list and hit the Next button.

Step #1: 

After All the above press now you need to Power on the virtual machine we've created.

Choose the Graphical install option from the available Boot Menu to begin the installation.
