Keeping Employee Passports

If an employer keeps the passports of workers without their approval, the company will pay the penalty of SR 2000/-.

Work Contracts in the Arabic Language

The company, not exact to an offering of work contracts in the Arabic language, the surcharge for the following violation is SR 5000/- from the Company.

Not Complying Mentioned Training Contract

The Employer is not complying with the conditions including in the training contract, the penalty for this violation is SR 5000/- in the company or Employer.

Not Providing Contract Copy

The company is employing a worker with no contract or not providing the copy of the contract then the penalty on employer on this violation is SR 5000/-.

No Keeping Worker Records

If Company is not keeping employees records including names, fines, salaries, medical test and attendance on this violation the company will fine SR 5000/-.

Holding Employees Salaries

If the company is keeping worker full or partial wages then the penalty for this violation SR 5000/- on the employer.

An Expat Work on Restricted Job

If one employee of the company works a male expat on the restricted job of Saudi citizens, on this violation, the penalty will be SR 10,000/- with one day closure of the company work.

Expat workers On Restricted Job

If all employees of the company expat workers employing on limited jobs for Saudi Citizens, then the penalty for this violation will SR 20,000 on an employer.

Registration With GOSI

Registration of Suadi citizens with GOSI by a company without their approval, in violation of this there will be a penalty of SR 25,000 on company or employer. The company will close for 5 days
