Online Complaint CITC Telecom Network Service Provider KSA


Guide to submitting the complaint with Communications and Information Technology (CITC) provide to the user a unique way to your telecom service providers without visiting CITC office while only by using the CITC portal online.

Add or Track Complaint via CITC against Telecommunication

The consumer can complain with any of the Saudi Telecom like Lebara, Zain, STC, Mobily, Go, Integrated Telecom, Bayanat Al Qula, Virgin, etc. Once the consumer submits his complaint, the Telecom operators have 15 days to solve the problem.

Steps to Add Complaint with Your Telecom Operator:

Step 1# Visit CITC Portal

In the first, the user should visit the CITC portal as per the given link:

Step 2# Add Complaint

The user needs to click on the Add Complaint option then "Submit Complaint." Then the user needs to select his Complaint Type and Telecom Service providers from the available options.

Types of Complaints

  1. Canceling Service not done
  2. Bad Service
  3. Financial Objections
  4. Services added without request
  5. Service Canceled without request
  6. Expos of Conditional Information
  7. Invoice Detail not Sent
  8. Transfer number 
  9. Addition to sema records wrongfully
  10. Electromagnetic complaint
  11. Spam
  12. Service not done
If in case unusable sim register on your name or your balance is deducting by any of the services then you can select the option of Service added without request.

Step 3# Enter Your Detail

Once you choose the options, then you will visit another page to enter your detail information like Iqama or Identity, Service number, Complaint details, and Complaint type, attach the screenshot if you have any.

Step 4# Type Image Code

You need to type the Image code in the given box and then click at the top of the form on the "Click on Send to Service Provider."

Track Complaints

The user can use the "ID Number and Complaint Number" in the track the complaint option.

Escalate Complaint

If the service provider failed to resolve your complaint within 15 days, You could Escalate Complaint" to the CITC.
